ALL WE NEED FROM YOU

We engage our engineering team with the initial quotations to ensure that we're giving you a workable solution. At this stage, your project is now on our engineering team's feasibility radar.

Your quote will be based on a single figure of cost per square metre of wall elevation that arrives on site. This includes all engineering design costs and design PI.

At this stage the engineering team can provide suggestions to help further optimise the engineering undertakings, should clients request this feedback.

We also provide clients with information to help understand key timeframe and overall cost considerations of our solution compared to recognised alternatives.

Outline site plan, with scale and clearly delineated and positioned retaining walls with heights, preferably in .dwg or .pdf format

PRICE = COST / M  OF WALL DELIVERED TO SITE

Preliminary design information to show you the solution and the extent of associated works necessary to be started prior to block arrival on site.

Likely design information includes plans, cross-sections, foundations, calculations, risk assessment, ground-worker installation training and design PI.

Designs are carried out to meet the requirements of Eurocode 7 - the European standard for this type of structure, as well as other complimentary best practice guidance.

All design information is accompanied with PI for our services

PHASE 2:

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Triggered by a purchase order, our aim is to get blocks through our manufacturing facilities and onto your site as soon as you need them - as agreed with our client & commercial team.

All products are CE certified and only leave the factory following our quality assurance / control measures

As our engineering is specifically designed for our modular systems, you will need to have used our phase 1 stage and this information will not be transferrable to alternative products.

During this phase site prep should be well underway. Most of our clients use their own ground-workers for the simple install process as the most cost effective approach. However, ask us if you'd like assistance finding suitable installers.

Local authority approvals processes are also part of our engineering service and would likely be underway by now.

We visit all sites to assist with installation queries and to ensure the ground-workers are comfortable with the product

Site training is included in the overall price. The aim is to conduct training as the first blocks arrive or as they are to be installed.

Attending site enables us to review the quality of the installed products, required to certify the works.
